Briefing Structure
Each briefing contains:
- Title: Descriptive briefing title (e.g., "Town Hall - Healthcare Focus - March 2")
- Sections: Ordered list of content sections, each with:
- Heading: Section title
- Content: Detailed information in markdown
- Priority: high, medium, or low
Typical sections include:
